    Post HDFC Credit Card persons Harrasment

    Sir/ Madam,

    I am Mr Mitesh Purohit, Age:29, I have an Bank account with HDFC Bank since last three years. My HDFC Bank Account No: XXXXXXXXX87800 On the basis of that account HDFC bank has issued me a visa gold Credit Card My Credit Card no is(was):XXXX XXXX XXXX 8978. After proving all these details to you I would like to share and complaint about certain issues and services which is been provided by HDFC CREDIT CARD and BANK DEPARTMENT.

    Here is the list of Complain Against HDFC BANK AND CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT.

    1) On the basis of my HDFC BANK ACCOUNT without providing a single document HDFC BANK HAS ISSUED ME A VISAGOLD CREDIT CARD NO XXXX XXXX XXXX 8978. From which you can have an rough Idea about my profile.

    2)I was out of station for two months NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER. I also have proofs for the same. Meanwhile I Failed to pay remaining dues of HDFC Credit Card dues which was not under my knowledge. In absence of mine HDFC Bank did served a notice which was received by my neighbor since my house was under renovation.... I returned back on 20th December 2009,soon after looking at the notice I used my HDFC Bank account to pay the minimum dues as was not having much on hand as returned back from a long journey.The out standing amount of my HDFC CREDIT CARD was 28837.04. Soon after four five days on dated : 28th December, 2009 I have made the payment of 15000 via ABN AMRO Cheque no:747635


    3)After making the payment of Rs 15000 I went to HDFC ATM to see the remaining outstanding but there my card got sucked by the HDFC ATM. To know the reason for the same I went to HDFC bank Lokhandwala Branch, Mumbai. There I was informed that my card got blocked along with my HDFC bank account due to two months dues for the HDFC Credit Card.

    4) When I called on HDFC Credit Card call center to know the reason I was told that thats not their look out after requesting they said some person from bank may contact me for the same......but nobody called after calling them again and again after 10 days one guy called me and was talking to me in such a manner as if i am criminal.After explaining him all the thing he was not convinced. And also threat me that If I wont clear the remaining payment . They will put my name in CIBIL and they will even stop banks to serve me any financial services.
    In notice They have provided one advocates no who is the advocate for HDFC bank.. Who never receives the phone .... Those who wants to try they can try calling him but I am pretty sure he will not pick up the phone. His name is Mr NIKHIL UDAS. His cell no: 09322514981.

    5)I am holding some credit card
    1) ABN TITANIUM card . Card no is XXXX XXXX XXXX 8696
    2) ICICI BANK gold card : XXXX XXXX XXXX 4127
    3) ICICI EMI CARD : XXXX XXXX XXXX 0109.
    Why I am proving all these personal details to you. The only reason is There were also dues for these credit cards aswell for two months but neither I have received any notice from these credit cards nor any threatening calls and did not even blocked my any bank accounts.

    Kindly have a look on above mentioned details and tell me where am I at fault. HDFC bank has done a mental harassment on me. Give me single reason of not filling a mental harassment claim of what ever financial loss I have suffered due to blocking of my bank account. Please specify the reason of issuing me HDFC credit card without any documents or please specify me the reason of getting my name into defaulter.

    My only concern is I want the APOLOGY letter from HDFC BANK and I do not want to keep any further relation with such renowned bank who even can not keep patience for two month though on the basis of customer s profile they have issued a Credit Card without any INCOME proofs.
    Sir there are other banks as well with Whom I have a very good relations . And you have no rights to put wrong allegations on me.

    My intention of writing all this to you I want JUSTICE and can not tolerate these types of mental harassment and I am really fade up. Please help me out and Its my humble appeal to all higher Authorities Of Indian Legal Department. Looking forward to your positive response. Thanking You,

    Default hdfc credit card

    Dear sir or madam ,

    I am holding company account in hdfc bank on the basis of that bank has issued platnium cerdit card ( which was told to be free of charges ) ,i am using the card since last three years & always been a good holder as paying my dues on time .

    My last credit thru the card was on Dec 2009 at petrol pump of Rs750 /-,which i had paid to the bank by january 2010.Since that i had never used my credit card till this date ,also not going to be use it . Inspite of paying the dues on regular basis ,i still not able to understand how my statement is showing the balance of Rs.58000/-.

    Also i am paying the minimum amount to the bank regularly by each month but my credit card statment is not showing any reduction in the balance amoumt inspite of not using the credit card at all.

    Sir i would like to tell you that ,since last three years i had paid lot more to the bank as compared to i use the card . Bank always include extra charges in the statment which increases the total amount due.

    Sir its my humble request to you pls look into the matter .as i want to end my credit card relation with the bank .i am ready to make the setalment with the bank provided the dues are fare & jusified .

    Default Why my parents should pay for their son

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My Brother hold a credit card of your bank bearing no 5176 5210 0604 9037. Your bank has issued him this card on the basis of his income proof and other details as may be checked by the concerned persons or the norms of your bank. Now my brother has made the purchases on this card and not paying the bills. While applying for this card he has given reference contact number of my father.

    As aforesaid my brother is not paying the bills, your collection agents are harrasing my father to pay the bills. If the bank is not able to trace my brother then why the collection agents are forcing my father to pay. My father has not made any purchase nor any verification of him was made while issuing credit card to my brother.

    My father is a senior citizen of more than a age of 65, he has various health problems due to old age. As your collection agents calls for demand of money, being well known in the vicinity my father has made the payments of last many installments, but now he is not in a position to pay anymore.

    I request you to stop demanding money from my father and stop making calls to him for money. My father has never consented to issue credit card to my brother and therefore he is not entitled to pay.

    If your bank or the authorised persons (collection agent ) do not stop making calls and harrasing my father then in that situation my father will have no other option than to proceed with legal action against your bank and the authorised persons (collection agents).

    I hope for the positive action.

    Hi,

    I had taken an HDFC Credit Card (No: 4346772002306925) in 2006 which I had settled in 2008. I haven't receive the fore-closer statement of the same yet..

    Now when I am applying for a personal Loan from HDFC Bank, they are asking the Fore-Closer statement and mention that my CIBL score is less. Request you to plz ask them to send me the same..

    Thumbs down Rudeness of one of custome care executive

    I Urvashi Oberoi has a credit card no 4346 7722 0039 9758 issued by HDFC bank whoes expiry date is 10/12 which was use last week of April at Prakash Electronics for the amt approx 8800/- and another 1000/ Rs. at D.D. Motors till date we have not recd any outstanding statement or any intimation for the money to be deposited. I recd a call at 14:05 hours on 15/5/10 from a lady who had no etticates and manners how to speak to a customer, she herself informed us that the bill has not been generated as yet and in a very rude manner said the following word despite of telling her that we have not recd the statement she replied in a furious manner that "YOU ONLY KNOW HOW TO USE THE CREDIT CARD." I replied her this is no the way to speak but in respose she said "THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO SPEAK" AND BANGED THE PHONE DOWN, you are requested to seriously look into the matter and for your information this call was form the bank and not collection centre.

    Provide us with the complaint number. This language is not accepted in any circumstances. Please provide me all the details of my balance and I would like to surrender my card and would like to inform 100 of other customers not use HDFC card any more. Kindly keep us updated for the same.

    An early action is required form your end or else I will go to the higher authorities

    My saving A/C No.08371000017686 was openedby your representative who visited me with a promice that I will issue with a credit card which I was badly needed to pay exam fee for my son in the month of DEC 2009.Account was opened with minimum deposite of 10000/- rupees . But I am still awaiting for the same. My credit card application no.is 10031119708630W2.It is requested that action may please be taken othewise per force I have to close my A/C which will be against the reputation of the bank.

But I am still waiting for the same. My credit card application no.is 10031119708630W2.It is requested that action may please be taken othewise per force I have to close my A/C which will be against the reputation of the bank.

    Once your completed credit card application reaches HDFC Bank it will be processed on priority (if all the eligibility criteria are met). Once the card is approved, you will receive an SMS (if you have provided your mobile number while applying for the card) mentioning the AirWay bill number of the shipment carrying your Credit Card.
