Dear sir

I have a credit card of HDFC bank. Bank offeres me loan on credit card halder on basis of credit card Limit.I availed this sceme on may 2008 & amount was 62500.00 Rs.On July 2008 i have contacted with Customer care for full & final setelment . They instructed me pls pay approx 67000.0 rs .( I am not remeber Exact amount i will check).I transfered amount by net banking as instruted by customer officer & i confirmed they told me yes i have recd. amount & yr loan will be closed.I was the impression that my loan has been closed.After 4-5 month i called customer care That i have not recd. any paper from you regarding loan closing.Then they told me yr loan is running . That time i socked & told them if my loan has not closed then why you have not return my amount. So pls return my money with intrest.They told me i am forwading this issue to concer person . They deducting installment amount from my money. Atleast i have call 100 times always they told me i am forwarding my money. Now they calling me yr loan amount is ballance approx 15000.00 pls pay.Then i have e mailed to customer care cards & sent a letter also. But i have not recd any reply.But always calls is comming about loan ballance. I told them i will not pay any amount to you & you pay money intrest which you have used approx one and half year. Sir this the sitution pls suggest what we will do.
