The bank people has called me and updated today that the details of my card is hacked in "Madharsha Textiles" shop in Purasalwalkam branch next to hotel welcome, Chennai.
Bank has to provide support to his customers and make them happy.

I'm credit card user of ICICI & SCB more than 3 years. Recently I've applied for a loan with 2 banks but my application got rejected due to my name found in CIBIL defaulters list. I dont have any clue who added my name in that list.
There is no proper reply from the bank, where i'd applied my loan. But got some info i.e last year you didn’t made your credit card payment on time so one of your credit card bankers might be added your name in CIBIL list.
I can remember, some times I made my payment after due date.
Discussed with ICICI & SCB customer care but they're not ready to agree instead they’re saying you’re a reputed customer. We didn’t include your name in CIBIL list.
Can any one suggest what I’ve dto do!!!!
Icici bank is not doing any proper investigation and asking me to pay the money which is having fraud txns. This is really a bad thing that nationalized bank are acting this way

Now what bank is going to do for the customers. i am making sure that no one prefers to take the ICICI credit cards any more. i have made this statement in most of the forums and i ll make sure that IT Industry will open the eyes and sue the ICICI bank and should not open any savings account for pay rolls.
Issue on my credit card: 5176533924110007 is still not solved.
I have mailed several times to care@icicibank.com, there is no response for any of my mails.
It is found that M. Naleeswaran (26), sales manager in the Demat Wing of the ICICI Bank has made the fraud.

I have been using an ICICI credit card for quite a few years. On 19.12.10 I was booking a airticket on makemytrip.com. while making the transaction after entering the crdit card no / valid thru / @@@ no. the page changed to processing. The page did no change for the next 5-7 minutes. The 3-D secure page did not appear neither did the web confirmation of the booking. I took that the transaction has been declined. Later next day I booked another ticket on the same flight for the same passenger. Later in the week while checking the email I found a email from makemytrip stating that my ticket had been booked. Now I have two tickets on the same flight for the same passenger.
I would like to know from the bank as to how the tranaction can be processed when the 3D secure code has not been entered, which is compulsory as be the RBI policy. I wrote to the bank, the replied that it is for the merchant to give the refund and they will take up the case only after a period of 30 days. Cancellation of one ticket would entail charges of Rs.1000/-, which now it seems I would have to bear for mistake of the bank.
Pls advice the course of action. to punish the bank so that this mistake is not repeated by the bank, they are still to accept their mistake.

I had three disputed transaction in my ICICI credit card happened in Sep'2008 and I have submitted Dispute forms along with FIR copy from the police department to ICICI.
Later, I got a letter from ICICI bank that the dispute has been resolved in favour. But the disputed amounts were not reversed in my account. I tried to write everyone in ICICI bank and nobody seems to be helping me. So I had stopped using ICICI card. What should I do now. Please advise.

ICICI Bank is not at all concerned about the fraudulent transactions....
In western countries these things are dealt in a much better way... but ICICI Bank ??? no way...
I had an international credit card and 2 fraudulent transactions took place on 18th July...in US Dollars ( amounting to 21000 rupees)
I believe 3D secure PIN can be changed easily by a call center guy (who knows nearly everything about your card) by manipulation, he can make the fraudulent transactions.
I ma sure 3D secure PIN is not that secured...
Had it been secured then why do they advice changing it frequently ??? Moreover 3D Secure PIN can be changed easily.
Also ICICI Bank does not provide virtual keypad when the card number, @@@ number and 3D Secure PIN and password are typed... That is a weak security provided by them.
ICICI Bank should own up the responsibility for creating an unsafe environment by not providing 'virtual keypad'.
but ICICI bank is notbothered...
