    Question hdfc credit card undue harrasement

    To,
    The Shri. Parag Rao,
    Head- Product, portfolio & Service Delivery- Credit Cards.

    Subject: EMI Payment for HDFC Credit Card Payment.

    This is regarding the HDFC Bank Credit Card No: 4346 7810 0300 4082 issued in January 2008. I got recovery call from the Mumbai office regarding the payment of my credit cards due amount to Rs. 30,000/- at a single go.
    I Requested that keeping in Consideration, the Post Recession pay market scenario, i may be allowed to pay the above sum in equal monthly instalments. But the agents on the other side turned a deaf ear to my request and continued to give me dire threats of court cases.
    It is my humble submission that I may be allowed to pay the above amount in EMIs keeping in mind the post recession factor

    Hi All,

    This is to inform you that I was using this Credit Card and have paid bills on regular basis. However my current position is very bad and I am not in position to make the payment which your bank is asking from me details of the card are as follows:
    Card No. 5176351003930570
    Total Amount as per bank 61198.61
    Principal 20454.41
    Tax 534.21

    However i am job less and i am unable to make the payment now. I will take minimum of 10 months of time to pay 20,000/-. I am daily getting calls 15-20 calls from the bank from the following no mentioned below: 011-46768400, 011-46768600, 011-46768700, 011-46768500, 9268 - 574261.

    I have no other option to make the payment. even i am so tensed that i am planning to suicide i am in very bad situation . I will be submitting the copy of the mail to my near station. Because Bank cant imagine my situation now and I am totally helpless.I will also like to close this account but I can only do the same in Rs. 2000-3000/- I know this will sound funny to the bank but I am totally helpless. I would like to request the bank if they can please help me out with the same rest i do not have any other option, Along with the mail i am giving the letter to the bank branch in Naraina New Delhi.

    Default Harrasment from goons for collection

    Hi,
    This is with regards to my Credit card payment for card no 4050 2820 0175 2554.
    I was told by my family members that some local goons misbehaved them for collection.
    Please note that I have a long term and vast relationship with HDFC.
    Due to some personal problems, I was not able to do the payment on time. However, I will do so by this month.
    However I also think that you have no rights to send goons, you have Cibil to report my status, as well as you could go to court.
    I expect your collection team to help me to maintain my dignity, and status of your esteemed organization.

    Default HDFC Credit Card...

    Hi,

    My name is Shweta Singh and I have got a Credit card of HDFC Platinum Plus N0. 46XX XXXX XXXX XX51.
    The crad was issued in Sept 2010. First of all no email statement were sent regularly it was only sent after request. than as I shifted from Mmbai to Nasik the hard copy of statements were not received by me and I forgot to pay my dues of around 13000/- as I was shifting. Then I bought a SONY LCD TV amount of which was to be converted in 6 Easy EMI's automatically purchasing was done on 08 mar 2011 but to my shock one day one representative called me and I was told that I have to pay Rs 50000/- when I asked them for a statemnt which was send to me promptly I realised that I have not paid my dues and some penalty was also added of approx Rs 2600/- in the same but worst part was easy emi conversion has not taken place inspite me having the slip of stating 06 monthly EMI's. Now when I visited SONY centre from where I bought the TV HDFC huys were called One Mr Tushar Thakur visited I explained him everything and I also said I got no problem in paying the penalty and leftover dues but atleast this sum of TV purchasing should get converted into Easy EMI's although he promised action as I was correct on my part If HDFC was not ready to convert into EMI why purchasing was allowed from my card? why I was not send regularly the statements?
    It's nothing just exploitation of situation risen out of mistake of me beacuse I tried it with HDFC card...
    The customer care of HDFC is as it is worst.

    Unhappy harrasement from recovery agency of HDFC Bank credit card

    I jitendra pardeshi, resident of Mumbai since birth, satying in Thakur Complex, Kandivali (e), Since last 15 days I am facing a problem of harrsment (torture) from one of the Credit Card recovery agency of HDFC Bank, I was using a credit card of HDFC Bank, 6years before which I have cancelled in the year 2005, I have not received any call from the bank, for 5-6 years, and last year(2010) I have received call from one of recovery agency saying there is payment balance against my credit card, which i have denied, but after the several abusing and volgur language phone calls to my friends and culliges and my neighbours I have decided to settle the amount with the bank, It is been mutually decided with recovery agency to pay 15000/- cash, which I have paid and they have assured me that the card has been settled.



    Now since last 15 days again I am getting several phone calls from(022-64529127-28) the same recovery agency saying my card is not settled and there is a out standing of Rs.1,70,000/- against my credit card, when I have denied the same , they have started calling my residence land line no, and also my neighbours land line nos and started abusing them and was using very bad language, immidiately my neighbour and I have registered the compliant with Samta Nagar Police Stn, NC N0-1447& 1448, with Sub Inspector Pawar, who has helped us and londge the complaint and call on the above nos., still lady was using bad language from other side with sub inspector pawar., but atlest my neighbours call has been stoped., again from next day morning the calls have been started and lady was using rough language by giving diffrent names.(pooja, trupti, meenakshi) again I have informed the same to Police sun Inspector Mr.Pawar, but no action been taken.

    I request you to kindly help me out in the case, as my wife is stying alone at home and she is a pregnent, and cant bear these kind of problems and she is depressed with the same, I hope you will look in to matter and help me to sort out the issues.

    Post HDFC Card Help

    This is to inform you that I was using this Credit Card and have paid bills on regular basis and has good track record with the bank. However, due to fianancial problem, I was not able to make the entire or minimum payment on time. Even though I was making part payment in month or 2, whenever I had enough amount to pay. Recently, I got to know that the card is permanently blocked and will not be for use in future.

    The problem is still, my financial position is not strong that I can clear the outstanding on the card. However, I left with no other option to go for settlement. Please assist me in clearing the account while keeping in consideration that I am not in a good fiancial position that I can pay the huge amount and has good track record with the bank.

    My details of the card are as follows:

    Card No. 46XX XXXX XXXX XX95.
    Total Amount as per bank 89094.03

    Cool Credit Card Payment issue

    Dear Sir

    I am Credit card holder of HDFC bank from last 3 years my card No is :5176 3510 0407 9020 by Name of Bharati Patel and I have bear Approx Rs. 600/- in every month bill as Penalty and Finance Charges when my Card was deactivate from last 1 n 1/2 year , Every month I got call from recovery Department and they guys have promised to give me settlement amount with some Flexibility EMI payment but till date I am not received any letter or Confirmation from them Now I am fed up with this service, already I have made double payment via every month minimum due than my O/S was stopped.

    I had requested to customer care as Stopped to generate Bill so I can make this short out easily with in 2-3 month but even that is not happening my Out standing is Now increasing around 11 000/ when my Out standing was stopped on Rs 9500/- and after that I was given to bank approx 20 000/- as I said above so why now I have pay additional 11000/- , Second hand this card has linked with My salary account and they guys put on hold my saving account every time and deduct my all balance from there

    I need total waived off this amount from bank because I can not pay this much amount now I don't think there is any loss of bank if you guys has check my all records but yes there is so much loss to me.I want this help because I don't want to become defaulter in any cibil list . it will great help if this department can give me this much waived off as soon as possible
