I was having Manhattan credit card which is closed*7 months back. I have paid all the outstanding that time.

Bank representative told and sent mail and letter that my name will be removed from the CIBIL in 30 days.
*
I have applied for loan 3 time within last 3-4 months any every time it got rejected.

I have enquired and instructed Manhattan bank to update my status properly in the CIBIL several times but still it is not done.
*
The problem is now I cant get any loan.
*
Is there any solution to resolve this problem ? Can I ask for compensation from bank for this problem ?
