Chors don't need any registered office.

Sbi card is in partnership with Ge money as informed by their website. and i guess they have rented premises somewhere at goregoan set up a call center there and started business.
I am using this card for last 3 month and let me share my experience.

When i tried to register online, each time they ask me that information i provided (email address, date of birth,mother's maiden
name and @@@ code number ) does not match with the details of my application.
when i called their customer call center some auto method, put my date of birth (by dialing number ) it said that my DOB is incorrect! (with application i given them my pan card copy) i wonders they may better know my DOB!
Then i again called them mannually and it said you are in que, please wait.... i waited , waited such a long time waited that my
knee get tired and i was about to get down. finally i drop the phone and left efforts. i never succeed to call them.

Upon, need of cash withdraw, each time their ATM said, you Don't have money in your account.this stupid don't have a system to display your card balance. you only withdraw your money and can't do anything with their ATM. I deposit cash in my account 10 days back which they didn't credited to your account.latter upon receipt of bill i found they charged me Rs.29 for 7 times for each cash transaction decline.
Now, somehow their last month bill i failed to pay and their recovery team from gurgoan started calling me from january 2nd and each day they call 6-8 time. I have to repeat my reply each time with different guy/girl. i told them i will pay the amount with next bill and i am waiting for the next bill. but still they continue calling me. i said them to wait for the bill but they didn't care. Finally i told them, your card go hell now don't call me any more otherwise i will file a police complaint and i won't pay them any amount without getting any bill from them. i agreed that i failed to pay them for one bill but afterall it was costing me more then Rs.700 (late payment + other lot of their charges).
I wonder how they get license for business ? we too are in business, we never harass any body in such way. Many time many people fail to arrange but it doesn't mean to harrash somebody such way that too when you charge such a heavy fine for a late payment.
It's also a surprising matter, that they call it sbi card, but recovery people calls themselves from GE Money ! chor/loontero ke
alliance man koi rule ya regulation nahi hota they only have to see the sharing ratio (kaun kitna khaayega)
