This is to bring in your notice that I am Bipin Prasad have open an account (Salary) with ICICI bank in Oct 2006,ICICI Bank make forge and issue credit card with wrong name Bipin Paparasad and sent to my residence( I never sign any application form for credit Card) my fault is I started using the card and pays dues on time, suddenly bank has stated imposing penalty on my card account Icici bank never sent any statement regarding this card, nor they tryed to reach , They impose penelty even after collecting cheque from me,
I have sent sevral mail to close this card but all goes in vain, I got call from bank to satel this card payment and I have been ask to pay 7000 in month of Sep 09, I make payment for rupees 3000 but bank did not sent any sattelment letter, after september I suddenly got call that This card can not be close because I am regularly paying the payments, after three month bank has put lean on my Salary account and debitet 22668 rupees from the account, bank never inform regarding this my daughters school fees cheque is allready baunced by bank. I was then inform by the bank that they sattel the card I have to pay 17900 rupees without my fault I have been haras by bank, my account is on lean, i am defaulter by bank
Kindly help me to get out of this
