Hi,
I am getting repeated calls from VIKAS who claims he work in HDFC Credit Card Lean department in Rajouri.Delhi.(PH no 011-66093321). I am a Credit card holder and pay my dues on time.but they are trying to recover someone else dues.I explained this to them but they kept on calling me daily at regular intervals.This is a torturing me mentally and I am not ale to concentrate on my studies as I have my exam next months. they use very abusive language and threaten me that they will harm me physically.I have no bad debts or dues and thus can't think of a solution.
Please assist me with this and solve this issue.I have also lodged a complaint with the bank but didn't got any reply.
Please take speedy actions as I have to go through this mental torture every hour.
