Dear All

I received the call from ICICI bank that I have to pay Rs. 3000 towards the final settlement of my dues of my Card#5239511118250008
•I paid the amount same day to close the card, transaction detail is as follows: BIL/000118618302/Settlement and Closu/523951111825 Dated Sep 3rd 2009 of Rs 3000 through internet banking
•I was told that within 24 hrs I will get an acknowledgement letter for the same
•I did not get any till date

Now when I approached ICICI Bank for a personal Loan they tell me that my name is in defaulter list

Please help me out
