this is Ashutosh Kumar , i wolud like to put my compliant on barclay cedit card threathing me for giving me the payment
but before that i would like to tell what has happened
i have taken this card almost 1 yrs back in which one of the executive told me that late payment chareges only Rs.300 but it is Rs.700
and i do like to tell that i have not i have received only first month statement and from then till date i have not received the staement
plus almost before 6 month i have paid Rs.9000 against transation of 6000 because of late payment , when i asked for the statement that i am not receiveing the satement they r simply saying that they r sending if you r not receving then it is your problem , when i stoped doning my payment then one day one excutive called me and saidn sir as ur outstanding is 13000/- u need to pay 200 and bal 6000 u should by next month
so i said ok , so i paid 200 and later next month again istared getting call for due amount but now agina they r saying pl pay min amount then we will place the request .

but i am getting the call stateing thet pay other wise we will put your name in sebel so i futur i wiont get any thing ,

kindly help me getting the card settled
