This is with reference to my HDFC Bank Credit Card Outstanding of Rs.52000/- approx.

Time and again i have been requesting HDFC Bank to settle this Card Outstanding since i am having severe Financial Crunch at present.

With time,the tele callers from the said Bank have started using Foul Languages and even started Calling my Office time and again using all sort of Ill words against me.This is making my reputation in my company worse.


I fail to understand that when i am receiving their calls on mobile why are they creating pressure on me by calling at my Office and Receidence.

As an evidence i have taped their represantative conversation on mobile.

Now beside settling this Credit Card i really want to file complain against HDFC Bank for their behaviour.

I even visited their branch and stayed there for almost 2-3 hours but the person who called me avoid to meet me.

How shall i proceed on this.
