What would you like to say: Deposit Rs 13850/ and Your DSA said the Settelment Leter will be received within 7 days but I have not received the settelment leter and with out any intemitaion, my Saveings account has been lean and I am not operate the acoount last seven days and I will deep in my financial trouble, If any mishapen in my family who will take the responsibility. this is muddasar khan having account no-025301529216,in sec-61 Noida branch.
my account show14,487 ledger balence & available balence -3,66,437.80Rs when i reachedto branch why this is happening i wouldcome to know that money is debittedagainst creditcard no-44************* where as i don't have ever used any creditcard for more queries and solving this issue i am not finding any path so because i don't able to talk with customer car in absence of that credit card pin .
Not a single credit card information is matching with me, neither mother maiden name nor date of birth.only on behalf of name how could you debitt a big account from my saving account without any prior information.
Sir i am not able to reach to you so plzadvicemethe extreme short solution for this issue.

I have the same problem with HSBC BANK for which i am filing a case in
consumer court or
to Bank of Ombudsman address available at
bankingombudsman. rbi.org inthey will
keep on harrasing you and even if you tell them i shall file a case they
shall say that it makes
no difference to them
you must have written confirmation, so ask for it in writing. preserve the sms,
and if possible transfer
it to pc and take a print.
once you get the written confirmation that you have no card and the billing was
wrongly
made, you ask for a token amount as compensation for the mental tension which
was
created by the false high amount bill that sbi sent to you. the bank must be
made to take
the matter seriously as it is not an ordinary mistake. how did they get your
address. is there
a fraud or attempt to fraud goint on? are there loopholes in the sbi card
management system
and r there some vested interest behind it? once you claim compensation, the
matter is
escalated to higher levels. it is up to you to treat the matter seriously and
take the confirmatin
of the bill mistake in writing.
