Hi,

Am using HSBC card (4476-9299-8607-4935) for the last 3 years
approximately and am a very loyal customer to HSBC. I never payed any
late payments or misused the card. HSBC has been provided 3 additional
cards. One month back, one of my add on card has been stolen and
misued (total amout of 21,350 rs for the month November 2009). Immediately, I have given the complaint for HSBC and blocked/cancelled all my add on cards. I have also submitted the dispute form to HSBC and they informed me that the charges will be deducted in the next bill cycle which had not been happened till now. When I call HSBC customer care and informing me to pay the bill as HSBC is not liable on this. I hope the enquiry had not been that much tough otherwise it should be easy to got the customer who had been used my card false.

Why should I have to pay when I have not been used?

Kidly help me on this.
