Yesterday 2 people came to my residence claiming that I have misued their credit card which was in their possession. Later they revealed that in their credit card details, mobile number was updated to a Reliance number, which was in my name and my residence address. However, I have no information regarding this number and never used it. Someone has forged my documents to get the number in my name.

I am seeking your advice so that the number is not misused further and I can request the mobile companies to block any other numbers that are being used in my name.
