My Name is Nilesh. I am also facing the same problem. one person of my previous company has spend some money by credit card and now this collection department is harrasing me by calling again and again and asking me to repay his payment. I dont know that person and i have not given any reference / gurantee for that person. (Apart from 022-65149568) I also got a call from phone no. 022-65263907. calling person is telling her name as Shweta Malhotra.
I request you to take a strict action against her.

I would kindly request to take action against this so as to stop this guys from harassing. Do I need to explain to this guys that references are not gaurantors and they should not be harassed.
