Hi,

I have bee receiving constant SMS's and Calls from Collection Agency in regard to payment due towards the Credit card 5415 **** **** 3288 for which I never requested nor did it reach me. But, I have been receiving the statements for the same every month.
I have been harassed many a times by the collection people for this payment which I have never used. I am really upset because of this.
I have tried calling the customer care, But I am kept on hold for about 15 mins, after which either the call gets disconnected. or may be after being on hold for more than 20 mins, I have to disconnect on my Own.

To my unluck, when I am able to speak to any Customer care officer, I am told that the system is down at the moment, you need to try calling after 4-5 pm which has actually happned for abt 3-4 times only..OtherwiseI am always on hold for abt 20 minutes which has become a great sufferring for me.

I am really personally harassed by the misbehaviour of the collection people which has resulted in physical and mental illness and affecting my office work in turn.
Very recently, I have cleared the balance due on my existing Credit card(5415 **** **** 6929) as I am really affected badly and dont want to keep any relation with them.

There are other instances too in regard to my loan with ABN AMRO bank, but this is the Major issue, if you could resolve this.

I would appreciate if you can suggest and help as to how can I be compensated on this ground of sufferring from the Misbehaviours of the ABN AMRO Bank.
