    Angry ICICI Health policy fraud

My name is Mrs Saroj Kimothi and I live in Dehradun. Few years back an ICICI representative helped mefill the credit card form. Now few months back I received a notice from ICICI that Rs 13788 is pending against my account. I confirmed from customer care that a Health Policy was issued against my name. Surprisingly I never applied for this policy neither I received any terms and conditions and the documents and details of this policy.
Now my son has applied for an education loan with SBI and inthe CBIL report my credit card has a Written-Off entry which has caused severe problems to my child's future education. His visa date is approaching.
When I called customer care and spoke with settlement department, I was told that I should pay Rs 8000 by 15th nov 2009. In the notice that I received earlier there were contact details of Mr Ashish Nath (an ICICI employee, Dehradun). I have tried his number hundred times and he never responds. When I went to the bank at 11:15 am, he was out for tea and I was told that I could speak only with him and there is no one else to help me. I waited for 1 hour and he never returned.
The reference number on notice is DLNC/383329/023/4477********5001.
My contact number is 0091 9411712347

    Default ICICI are cheats!

They have the worst, dumbest customer service in the whole world.

The information they give you on the phone, in no way matches what they publish on the site. They make up the rules as they go along and will never pay your claim. Bastards!
