    I have followed to the letter trying to email you, it was returned un deliverable !!!!! and then I opened a account on line which was denied stating it was filled out wrong and now LOCKED me out what type of scam is this? this is in reguards to a a letter I sent to the dispute dept involving Lifestyle auraie 3 in 1 skin care reference # 110831083195 I expect this SOLVED or file a lawsuit against hsvc Nancy Mayer 262-338-5935

    Default Cancelled credit card

    This is with regards to my HSBC credit card-4476-9212-0427-8810, where i had made a complete payment of Rs 65000/- in the year may 2008 and i had requested the card to be cancelled by calling the HSBC helpline and they had taken an request of cancelling the card.But was suprised to see the statement keep generating and i had called the helpline but was informed to call the collections when called on helpline and was not concerned about the customer.The Main reason to cancell the credit card was as head of family (Father had expired)and was held up with family commitment and as HSBC was my first credit card i had sentiment and cleared entire balance on the card.But today when i saw the card statement the same has grown to 19k and contionusly calling the contact num 040 66674770 and they had told that they will retrive the statement and was assuerd the help and to my suprise the card cancellation request was provided in the month of June2008 1st week as the payment through cheque was made in last week of may 2008 and i was told that the card will get cancelled only when the cheque gets cleared. simenteauosly when i called help line and i was told that the card request for cancelloation has been taken and card was cancelled and MY CIBIL report also say that card got cancelled in the month june but HSBC Says that my card got cancelled due to non payment in the month of November2008.I am requesting to reterive the call recordings of the interaction which had in the said period and let HSBC prove that i have not placed a request for cancellation. So i am ready to take up the case in the consumer fourm and will face the same as No respect for customer interaction and money making mind has made HSBC, has weaken the cibil histroty of the customer.Request to cancell all the charges and correct the cibil histroy.

    Default Complaint Against Renewal Charges

    Dear Sir,

    I am a credit card holder (no:4183-5788-9003-6938) of your esteemed bank. Yesterday I receive my card statement in mail. I found that I have been charged of Rs. 2000/- for renewal charges. I am totally surprised to see that no bank charged the renewal charges in a ordinary card except the higher limit card and the other thing which was more important to me that I was never told that this is chargeable card at the time of issuance in Westside outlet.

    In these circumstances I would like to request you to kindly reverse the same at the earliest.

    Default Regd Repayment of Loan Ammount & Statement

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I take the personal loan from HSBC bank in 2007
    I have change my residence form MALAD to VAPI so my loan documents & detail documents are missing a two day ago i am going to HSBC Borivali Branch for inquiry of my Loan Account Number & pending ammount statement. so pls guid me how I can get the statement & account no to pay the ammount to the HSBC bank.

    Respected sir,
    With due respect i want to inform you that in December last year I don't receive any statement regarding credit card.And after that you made a bill of Rs9138.57.But my actual bill is Rs 689.00.Please consider my request by seeing my last records.

    Default credit card amount due

    Sir, I wish to submit that i am an holder of HSBC credit card No.4182561206268080 and would like to bring to your notice that i had received a message today that my card bearing the number mentioned has been reported to Credit Information Bureau of India limited due to overdue and the bank will initiate legal actions if i dont pay. I would like to inform u that I have not used this card now for over a year and also there is no balance due on this card. I have tried contacting the customer service for more than an hour contineously but to no avail.I would be grateful if u could verify and give me information as to why such messages are sent without proper verification of dues .rajeena mathews.

    Default Complaint against HSBC

    I would like to take your kind attention towards my request that my name is Jyoti Rotuela residing at H-81 A/B Garwali Mohalla Laxmi Nagar Near Lalitha Park Delhi 110092, applied for a credit card (4384599989006126) approx. 3 years ago from HSBC Bank which was issued free of cost to me and they have also issued an supported credit card on the name of my husband (4384599989066054) without my permission and any prior intimation to me at the same time which suppose to expire on 04/11. On 06/11 I have again received 2 new cards from HSBC Bank without any request and information that they will charge any amount for renewed cards, And now I have received an statement from HSBC on October which shown the card charges around Rs. 6000 as a card charges. Now I keep on receiving threatening calls as well as statement of the cards with late fees from their recovery dept. for the payment of outstanding amount though my card is not yet activated.
    Kindly do needful to resolve my case.

    Default After a cancellation , why this harassment?

    I am Arkadev Bhattacharya, residing at 54 R.N Das Road; Kolkata-700031.I have used a credit card of HSBC, Card no 4671912823028374, Account no 209129634606 which has been cancelled and Dues have settled in the Year of 2006 by an executive name Leon, (sorry I forgot the surname) After the cancellation of the credit card and settlement now it is showing in the civil board, Settled but "POST", which doesn't allow me to get a loan sanctioned. May I know why is it so and why am I facing such harassment?
    Would request for an early revert regarding the same along with clearance of the settlement which was done.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I'm vivek from ooty. In the year 2008 I got a credit card(D.Vivek) with an add on card(M.Devaraj) by your executive in my office campus. He told its a life time free card and there is no hidden charges also. But in the year 2009 i got an intimation that you should pay annual fees for further usage. When I went to coimbatore, Race Course road branch they told credit card division has been shifted, so call customer care for further process. At the next day I called the customer care Ms/Mrs. Sisha and informed to close my credit card and she told it will be closed. Even after that from 2009 to till date I'm getting statement showing the I have to pay some amount.

    When ever I call the customer care, they tell that the card is "INACTIVE", but no one are giving me the proper details for my further process. 10 days back when I called the customer care and asked some details, they gave me a contact number(044-43912086) and diverted me. when I called that number they are telling, we are helpless and so you call the customer service. Today (03-05-2012) when I called the customer care Ms/Mrs.Reena picked the call and gave me another number(044-42282200). When I called this number, it tell "this number does not exists".

    What should I do to get the clear details or to close my inactive card. My parents are not so educated, by seeing the monthly statement they are very much afraid. Do something.
