I am receiving phone calls from a Bank regarding the credit card they claim to have issued on my name. The fact is I have never applied for a credit card from this bank. The bank happens to have my PAN card no., my full name, Date of Birth, mothers name to be correct. But the residential address and the employeement details they have are false(considering my past and present residential address and employeement details).

I have raised the query with the bank, and they have responded with no remorse. Their claim is that since the DoB, name and PAN card no. are correctly verified, I am the same person to whom they have delivered the credit card.

i expect that my name be free from this credit which I have not seeked. Please advice me how can i resolve this matter.
