Hi

I am using HDFC Gold card ends vide card no. ********* 4704. I am using the
HDFC Credit card from past 2 years. I have paid all my dues in time. But
only once I have not deposited the amount in time. after this I have
requested them please remove the charges and late fees as I have always made
payment on time. But they have not done that. I paid all the dues except for
Charges and late fees in april and told them to close. I again request at
that time as I will pay all the dues in time so please continue that card
and remove the charges they doesnot done that and they keep on adding late
fees and Charges since than and last week they have taken amount of rs 7322
from my account without my authorisationas i have salary account in HDFC
bank. They have taken a sum of rs 7322 which is a sum of late fees and
charges only no principal amount is outstanding. I just seek your help on
this .

Please do revert and help me what I can do so that I can recover the amount
as they have taken so huge amount on using a sum of 20k only
