Along with this card i am using one more card of ICICI Bank its EMI card no. 5176535506910001. I have deopsited one che of HDFC Bank cheque no 356016 dated 18/12/2009 of Rs.2000 at there drop box and that amount was cleared from my account by 28/12/2009. but that amount was not credited to my account. when asked for payment i have given them above detail about my payment. they said that due to your mistake of puting wrong card no on cheque it was credited to someone else account. futher they have credited to my account. but in my statement they have charged me with late payment and interest for that amount.
when asked for reversal they have rejected the request. i have requested them to show me the copy of cheque to see is true that i have put wrong card no becouse as for my knowledge is concern i use fill the cheque very carefully.
In this case both the bank rejected my request to send me soft copy of that cheque. I want to see the cheque if its my mistake then i will be more carefull in future or if its banks fault then they should be more carefull. becouse its my money why i will pay more without any mistake.

plz help me i m having icici credit card of limit 30000k including my cash limit, i have lost my card in month of dec 2006. i dont have police complain copy ab8 the lost of card but in month of jan 2007 i got bill of 265000 what i shd do. i m try for settlement with bank but their not ready for this, bankers are telling me to pay 122000. but only i can pay 70000 to 90000 k any on can plz me plz. i m not good in english. plz give ur contact no for talk
