    Unhappy Abn amro credit card fraud

    I am Dr Nidhi Mehta
    I am using credit card ************0643 since 2004.
    There was on n off problem of incurring undue membership fee, finance retail charges, late fee, service tax etc since beginning which on complaoining they wud reverse.
    They wud start on some undue safety net or some insurance poicy on my card on their own without confirmation or wud send some holiday package or DRAFT for some amount that the loan is sanctioned without papers, which I never accepted.
    This was freedom card and basis of this they suddenly offered me Gold card life time free but in first statement they charged me fees which I din agree uopon and din pay, I preferred cancellation of the card.

    Currently I want to address the issue which started in Feb 2006, when they incurred some 595 Rs membership fee, where as they had given the card free to me. So I called up at the call centre for the reversal which was agreed, hence I paid according to my transcation made. I also marked email to them regarding the same. But they never reversed the charges and by now the amount has become huge. During this thrree years period I have regularly calling at call centre and also keep mailing them for reversals of undue charges.

    I had walked into ABN AMRO branch at Surat Gujarat on May 16th 2009 with all the bills and details and got assurance from the officer that she will lok into tha matter personally but nothing has happened till date.

    I have all details of correspondance with me.

    Today also I made call to call centre and had word with Mr Ansh who says the reversal is impossible.
    Can u help me in this matter, why should I be paying the amount which i have not utilised???????????????


    Urgent response required.
    I can mail all the corespondance.
    I want strict action against ABN AMRO Bank and the collection staff who are harrassing me for more than one year on my mobile by repeated calls with vulgar and undecent words.

    Default Discrepency in my ABN card

    Dear sir/ madam

    This is nitin garg i have one credit card dispute with abn amro.
    some one has misused my card and i have lodge a complain regarding this on 10
    aug.2009. but they did not resolve it yet.
    please do something about this

    Dear Mr. Garg,

    On which date your Credit Card was misused by someone else? Presently where is the CC, is it with you or it got theft on that day?
