    Question Credit card statement to non credit card holder

    Dear Sir

    I am Viju from Pune. This is regarding HSBC credit card.

    I had applied for a credit card of HSBC on March 2008 with all documents. I was waiting for that cards for about six month but I didn't recieve card from HSBC and I couldn't trace out the agent too who was make me to registered.

    After a long time, it was in the month of september 2009 I have recived the credit card statement at my office address with due amount of Rs 46,887/-. I surprissed! the moment I recived the statement I logged to HSBC phone banking services and blocked the card from preventing further transaction.

    I have already contacted bank and has registered my complaint in the dispute form. Till the time bank has not taken any action against this issue.

    I thing this card was misplacing somewhere else from courier people while dispatching and it has been using by somebody else right now.

    I request you to help me in this case as I am completely innocent. Below are the my address and other details.

    Dear Sir,

    Have you sent any written complaint to the Head office of the Concerned Bank? If not then pls. forward your complaint to them, as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have given a complaint to one of their branches in Pune in dispute form as suggested by the HSBC online customer care representative. Please let me know should I contact head office or will it sufficient?

    Dear Sir,

    Just forwarding a complaint letter to the branch office is not sufficient. Pls. send a written to the Head Office, on early basis.
