Currently i am workign out of india, and its very difficult to contact icici bank call center everytime and explaining everything to every call center person.

I am facing problem with my cedit card taken from ICICI,, i have used this card for for twice of an amount of around 8000, now they have deducted around 35000 and still i am stugling to settle my account, I have got letter from icici bank on 2nd july that my credit card settlement will be done by 12th july 2009, but its almost more than 3 months i am strugling with them to get thsi sorted out.

Currently they have taken around 35000 from my account as auto debit without my notifications and no they have blocked around 8500 more.
