My Name is Pawan Lohia. I am using ICICI saving A/c (002901509407) & credit card (4477464557560004) for many years.
I am using my ICICI credit card since 2006 and I paid all dues on time. I purchased few items with credit card and the amount which due on me, I am paying through monthly minimum installments. Because some financial issues, I was not able to pay whole amount in single payment. Because of some reason I couldn't pay the amount of Feb'2009 on time but later on I paid the amount in next month. On feb'2009, they blocked my credit card without informing me while I paid the payment. Now Oct'2009 they blocked my saving A/c without any information. Today, when I spoken with their executives (Madhvi B., Neelmani and Deepak) on customer care no. regarding my saving A/c. Then they told me that because of non payment they blocked my saving A/c. I told them many time that there is no previous dues on me and I am regular payee and paying my payment on time but nobody listening my statement and they are saying to pay whole amount as a single payment (settlement) while earlier I spoken on customer care no. to divide my whole amount in installment that time they were agree and I started to pay the amount in parts. Now, suddenly I don't know what happened they blocked my saving A/c and now they started to given threatens that I will have to pay whole amount one time otherwise they will block whole amount which is saved in my saving A/c. Now I am totally disturbed and harassed. I also issued the cheaques to other persons on the behalf of my saving A/c now they are also calling me again and again for their cheaque payment. Because of this all miss-happening I am very frustrated and not able to perform well at my office and all time I keep tensed. Please help me out to solve this issue. I would like to activate my saving A/c as well as credit card.

What is this nonsense? One side are you reply that you will look my matter and other side you are transfered my money from saving A/c to credit card without my permission. Why are you not connecting me to solve this matter? You know, Now what kind of circumstances I am facing. I hope you will understand my problems and solve this issue today itself.

I have credit card A/c 5176 XXXX XXXX 0002 and my savings Account No: 0169XXX2888. I have agreed with ICICI on July 2009 to pay Rs.3106 for 18 months as a part payment for the card settlement. As I had some unexpected medical expenses for my father(heart patient). I couldnt able to pay the EMI for 3 months .I just payed one month EMI. I accept that it is my duty tp pay it on time.But you have to consider my position to. Now my account is entirely blocked with the Lien balance of 49,000 and change. I have two aged parents to take care. I request you to take those amounts in three settlements.I am ready to repay it in three installments(that is also you can take it in 31st of every month from your end as 16500 each)...Please do the needful as you have to think about my side too.I have used your card for more than two years.I have paid lot of amount for you as Interest.So please give this last chance to me.
