inspite of my writing to you about clarifications i needed to close the account you have directed your people to harass me on the phone.
if you have no time to attend to the customers grievances and expect me to pay without asking you about my queries then u r grossly wrong.
anyways i am sending you this mail as a notice odf me now not interested in clearing the said amount without legal intervention.
your collection people have abused me and my family for no reason and they have no right to degrade us this way,.
this mail is my official complaint to the nodal officer and the RBI ombudsman and i expect this harassment to stop immediately .
attached is a sample recording of abuses heaped on me which i thank u for.do not expect me to be cordial to anyone from your organisation from now on, kindly follow the legal procedure and hope to see you in court
