Dear Sir/Madam,

I here by wanted to inform you about the ICICI credit card payment which was done by me on the HDFC cheque - 635486 of Rs 5000/- was debited of rs 5600 form my account . I was surprised when i got an email and sms from the ICICI - CCard mentioning that the payment has been debited as RS 5600. When i called up the customer care of ICICI they are confidently telling me that i myself have paid of ruppess 5600/-. I very well can prove that the cheque was prepared and dropped by me of Rs 5000 to ICICI CC. I had extra money of RS 1000 in my account so this got debited , if i had only kept 5000rs then the cheque would have been bounced and the charges would have put on me. Please let me know what should be done for this case.
