Hi Sir,

I am having HDFC salary account with Kalkaji Branch, Delhi. I noticed that bank has put lien on funds with out any authorization from my side to the tune of 8478.78 for outstanding balance in my credit card **** **** **** 3098.
I have made payment for all the purchases but HDFC Credit card have levied unnecessary Interest charges and late payment charges.

This is a very serious offence to play around with my hard earned money. I would like lodge a complaint against HDFC Credit Card and recover my amount. Please guide me through the process.
