Complaint against Icici Bank for my credit card no 4477477110777006 Hello Sir/Madam,
The mail is in regards to the issue I have been facing with Icici Bank for my Credit Card.Due to financial crunch I called up ICICI Bank numerous times ad informed them that I do not want to be a defaulter but want to pay off my debt with the help of settlement.After numerous followups my call landed up at their call centres where in I didnot get any soultion to my query.
After that someone from their DST at Videocon towers asked me to skip my payment for a month so that it goes to the collection bucket.Even then I was never updated on my settlement case and would get calls from nos where in I could never call back.
Later on My query was handled by Avinash Dubey who is a Regional Manager, Credit Card Collections and he asked me to pay the minimum due of 7,500 and then accordingly the settlement would be taken care of by the concenred dept.I paid off the amount last month and would again follow up with him since I dont want my credit rating to be hampered.I have personal and car loans going and I have never defaulted in any of them.
Avinash never got back to me even though he would promise a call back and its been more than a month and I keep getting collection calls hasknig me to pay wherein Avinash asked me to wait for a week and this would be sorted out.I dont have any letters except for the no of Avinash which is 9999384846.Today again I spoke to him and his usual answer was that this would be sorted out.
What if the customer had run away with the bank's money and defaulted herself.When I have thei ntention to clear all outstanding the bank is not even responsive and later on they will send my name to CIBIL for no fault of mine.
Hence I request you to please help me resolve the matter and take an action the bank and the people involved who chase people for payments and when a person has the intention to pay, they harass them by being unresponsive and laidback in their atitude.

It Say's Declined, The Next Moment I Checked The Balance It Was 2000rs Instead 10000rs
I Don't Understand Why it Alway's Happen ?
This is Not The First Time, I Had Same Issue 6 months Back, And I Lost 1500rs
i Immediately called up ICICI Bank CUstomer Service They Say Its a Server Problem
This Time When I Called Up Customer Service Now They Tell Its a Problem With SBI BANK
and I Need To Wait For 12 Working Day's
And Am Sure Nothing is Going to Happen,
Its 8000 Thousand Rupees, Its Not Small MOney, I Don't Steel The MOney Like ICICI Bank Does, Its My Hard Earn Money
Not Just That
When Ever I Go There Bank, For A Statement They Tell Its a Printer Problem
trust me i have Been 6 to 7 Branches All the Branches Say The Same Reason on The Same Day its a printer problem, it does't make any sense
So I Deeply Request Some One to
take NECCESSARY ACTION ON ICICI BANK,,,,,
There are so many people Like , who are suffering today
Please do the Needful and save Innocent People

Icici bank - thugs coming together to form a bank ICICI Bank – My best known fraud bank. No Ethics, No Sensible Officers, a Racket formulated to dupe gullible customers.
Here are my details.
I have an account with ICICI bank. All of a sudden I saw a minus balance of Rs 50000/- the other day. When asked, the arrogant reply from the agent was that they have an authority to do so, as my credit card balance was due. I was asked to pay Rs 2800/- as minimum amount a few days back, to which I paid Rs 3000/- . Then why this hurry to deduct my money when I paid. I had even agreed to clear the outstandings at the earliest without defaulting on my minimum payments.
This is pure and simple GUNDAISM. They know anything is possible. ‘ Thugs’ give a warning before hurting. These guys do it out of the blue, because maybe their manager felt the collection had been less on that particular day. I have heard it a horrible bank to work with until an unless you happen to be a total crook. Same applies to a customer, crooks serving an unethical bank.
No wonder then that they require to advertise they are customer friendly.
How do I file a case against them.

I am having ICICI creditcard since 2006 card No. 4477469940539011, & still using, but i cannot log-in to online banking service since last 6 months to view my creditcard account & check my reward points, when i contacted at Malad West branch, an executive told me that as u r not using ur Savings accounts (No. 015801019178) , & as there is no balance in it we had closed down ur account & with that online banking is also been closed, & it u want to start onlinebanking u need to re-open ur savings account by keeping minimum balance, which i cannot afford. Atleast i need to use my creditcard online, but i cannot do it because of there pathetic reasons. Even ICICI do not have online creditcard payment facility like CITIbank & HDFC has it, i have to compulsury go to the bank to drop the cheque as the bank is not near to me, i have to walk 15mins all the way to just make a payment, what a disgusting service in this 21st century, I had checked the online payment option from thier site but it could be done only if u have savings account of ICICI & no other banks are connected to it for netbanking.
Sir, Please help me for my netbanking get working so that i can check my card balance & use my reward points, & also tell me any other options of card payment

Complaint against Icici Bank for my credit card Hello Sir/Madam,
The mail is in regards to the issue I have been facing with Icici Bank for my Credit Card. In the month of Oct/2009 I was asked to make minimum amiount due payment of RS. 100/- by collection agency CSE to avoid interest charges wherein I told that as per rule i will be charged interest on the outstanding balanace amount which she inturn promised that would not be leived if I pay my munimum amount of INR 100/-. taking this promising from her end, I paid Rs. 500 towards my minimum amount due of Rs 100/-
Later the folllowing month statement did had all the interest cahrges levied for which I made a complain in the custoemr service and was told that I will receive a service recovery call soon which never happened.
Followed this I did not made any payments to ICICI and sent a courier to grivience dept in MUMBAI which is delivered to them on 07 Nov 2009 but there is no contact from ICICI bank since then on my concern.
Then in the month of Dec 2009 I received a call from Videocon tower representative who again promised that there will be no interest cahrges (as tehy will wave off all charges) I need to pay only the actual spent money on my credit card to clear outstannding (principal amount) taking which I again made a payment of INR 5800/- to ICICI Bank. later again the following month, I have received the settlement call with all the ineterest charges and the CSE callinng offered only EMI option on the complete amount due (principal + interest) which I have refused to pay as ICICI bank has given false promise to customer twice.
I have visited there videocon tower office as well, but the CSE at Customer counter check my account detaols and said there is no case history reflecting in there system. They have no record of my calls to ICICI Customer care and even no call records from ICICI recovery division to me.
Pls advise how I can proceed in this case as everytime I tried to settle the account they are making fool of the customer and trying to accumalate the interst charges with false promises.

Complaint against ICICI Bank Collection Agency for taking out money for false commit Hello Sir/Madam,
The mail is in regards to the issue I have been facing with Icici Bank for my Credit Card.Due to financial crunch I called up ICICI Bank numerous times ad informed them that I do not want to be a defaulter but want to pay off my debt with the help of settlement.After numerous followups my call landed up at their call centres where in I didnot get any soultion to my query.
After that someone from their DST 'ATHARVA SOLUTIONS; at Marol, Andheri (E), Mr. Suresh called up regarding the settlement. He gave me a figure against my principal amount & told to make payment in 2 parts, One for issuing the setlement letter & the part after receiving the letter. So as per the deal one person Mr.Rakesh Pandey from the agency came to collect the payment. I paid him 4,000 as a part payment. For the proof I took a signature on a letter rom my side that this talks had been made & such was the deal & for that a part payment has been made & handed a copy to him to be submitted at the bank. I was told that you will get letter within 7 working days.
So I waited for 10 days but there was no courier arrived nor any call from their side. So I called on the number given by the person, I was surprised to hear that there was no person working over their with this name. Then I immediately called the cutomer care for this but I was told that you better get in contact with the agency as the bank was not updated about the matter.
Later on My query was handled by Suresh Dubey who is a Regional Manager, Credit Card Collections and he asked me to pay the minimum due of 2,000 and then accordingly the settlement would be taken care of by the concenred dept.I paid off the amount in Dec 2008 and would again follow up with him since I dont want my credit rating to be hampered.

i complaning about ICICI bank nashik maharashtra that they are harrashing me from last 52 days for my user id & password after 7 mails i wrote to them they always said we post it by courier but not delievered yet . so pls take action against the Bank & Branch So i could use my account properly.
