    Default I wish to register a complaint against them of mental harassment.

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Sharad Prasad I am having HSBC bank credit card (4384 5999 0998 8254). I made the payment On time. Suddenly After long time (approx 12 month) HSBC customer people asked me The due amount towards me is 15,816.97 Rs. When I asked them they sent me the detail And in turn I replied the mail to customer care representative.

    Whenever I replied mail they smartly come back with the fresh mail without including
    Previous mail and they stick with the due amount issue.
    In the mean while I was metal tortured by their settlement department folks. They forced me to make settlement towards the due amount, one which I was not supposed to pay.

    To make me metal relive I have paid the settled amount 4100 Rs. (ref. no. CPD3 0603428) After discussion with Settlement folks.

    Now they again started harassing me asking to make the rest of the payment. When
    I asked them please send me the file recorded conversion file. They said “we do not
    have that right “

    I would thus suggest you to look into the matter closely and seriously and do the needful at the earliest to close this issue. Else I would be become mad due to trauma.


    Below is one of the mails I wrote to customer care.

    Dear Geetika,

    Thank You for sending the consolidated statement.

    If you please refer to transaction dated 28-Nov-06, Annual Fees and subsequent Service Tax for Sharad, Kamal, Avinash and Madhuri were reversed as I had expressed to the Customer Care that I am not interested in availing the supplementary card facility.
    But to my surprise the same were again charged along with revised Service Tax (refer to transaction dated 19-Oct 2007 & 19-Nov-2007). With whose consent has the bank given this facility which I am not aware of and have not received them and hence you will notice that there is no utility of those supplementary cards? How can the bank force me to have the card and start charging on a facility which I am not interested of, neither availed any facility/utility nor aware of.

    You may please refer to voice files wherein my conversation with your executives expresses that I never wanted the supplementary cards.

    You will have to take notice of this and do the needful to reverse the charges as i have not been using the cards for which you are claiming annual fees, service taxes and thereby unwarranted finance changes, late fees and subsequent service taxes.

    I hope to hear from you very soon such that the matter is closed at the earliest.

    Default deduction by axisbank as consolidated charges

    Hi,
    My a/c no. is 910010002552728 and from my a/c there were a deduction of Rs. 100 as a consolidated charges. My a/c Is opened in Noida sec-16 Branch (U.P.).Kindly provide me the detail of deduction otherwise i will post a complain in consumer forum against the bank.

    Default PG complaint for money fraud

    Hi, I’ve booked a PG in PADAM KUTIR for 8th May 2011 and I’ve deposited Rs. 1000/- as a security to PADAM KUTIR owner on 29th April 2011. Due to some personal reasons I am unable to shift there. According to their rules I can claim back my money after informing them within 5 days time period or if I am unable to do that amount money will be forfeited.
    So in accordance with their rules I inform them in their 5 days time period.
    But now they are arguing and not returning my money back to me. I’ve their signed original security deposited receipt with me in which the above commitment is mentioned. So I need a help in this context please find a way to catch this cheat.

    Default Overcharging from customer for school uniform

    Recently i went to purachase my daughter uniform at JD school uniform for pre primary school..I purachased the set for Rs.270..But when i enquired next day at another shop at IIT Market (Arhiant shop) the same set was available for Rs. 170. Its a huge diffrence of Rs 100 per piece..This shop is cheating customers..
    I just went coz i was given this pamplet from SM SHETTY School..

    When i went next day at JD shop and ask abt the price difference they didnt give any explanation for that and told if u want u can complain to anybody at school management we dont care..

    I just wanna teach a lesson to this cheater..wo mislead parents by overcharging ...
