    Dear Sir

    I want to make a complaint against Barclay credit card,

    My Card is bent i logged a call for replacing my card on 27 July 2009 and they told me that they will send it by 3 days. For this reason they charged me Rs. 112 and i deposited the same amount in August against bill payment.

    They sent the card by wrong name due to this reason courier company not delivered the card i again called their customer care center for this reason they told me issue will be resolved within 7 days against which the gave me complaint no. CAS2323640
    after that i called 7 times on their customer care no. and i still not received my credit card

    Dear Mr. Khan,

    To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division.
