    Angry Harassment by ICICI Bank by auto debit of my SB accounts against credit card dues

    Dear Sir,

    I was using my father's credit card. And everything was going smoothly except i had never received any credit card statement(for credit card statement bank said, we sent it from ordinary post and we have receiving of same. But actually we never received any statement). One day i received an alert from bank that i have outstanding of Rs. 3000 something. And as per my understanding it was suppose to be Rs. 1600 approx not more than Rs.2000. Then i requested them for credit card statement. After receiving statement in soft i came to know that they had charged interest. I requested them to please reduce the interest because this is not my fault. If you don't provide statements then how can i come to know about it. Then i was promised that i receive a call from them. but never received any call from bank. I contacted them again but got same response.
    I requested them so many times over phone and e-mails that i am ready to pay the principal amount as well their processing charges but result is same. Also i requested them to deactivate the credit card, for this they said same is already deactivated. In spite of this they charged interest on monthly basis. Since last 2-3 months they are not charging any interest. And now on 6th October i came to know that they have debited my father's account for Rs. 8102 approx.
    As per my understanding i was not wrong. Because i never received any statement (till my request) also i requested them that i am ready to pay for the principal as well processing charges but not whole amount.
    Please let me know if I was wrong at any time and if not then what is the way to get back my money. Also how can it is possible that any bank can debit any one's bank a/c without his permission?
