I want to make a complaint against Barclay credit card,

My Card went missing, i lodged a compliant and got it blocked, but to get
the redemption of the Bonus point, i was pursued to take back a new card.

For all this reason, there was a payment delay of Rs 144 , in my card. For
the same , along with interest a Late payment charge of Rs 600 was
attached to the Card. Still the redemption voucher for the Bonus point not
received.

A request for the reversal of Late payment charges was made ( CAS2385944)
along with new request for Redemption of Bonus point and also for new
card.

New card was being received, but late payment charges not reversed till
date

Please refer to the Telecall ( CAS2452352) where the call center person
accepts that there has been delay on the side of the Service provider in
sending the redemption voucher to the customer.

Payment due ( Late payment and other charges ) has been made for the
current month.

Please help, if we are making late payments 600 was charged. If the
service provider is accepting to be late in sending Redemption Vouchers,
what has to be done.

There is no late payment history previous to this.
