I am having a Standard Chartered credit card, they do not ever send the physical statement and i do not why every time they charge any amount without any reasons and when i called on their customer care they told me that this amount will refund in the next statement.

Sub : Kindly send the monthly statement regularly.
Hi, I Bhanu Pratap have a Platinum Credit Card No: *************9915, I am facing a problem that I am not receiving the monthly physical statement regularly, like received only August statement and did not received September statement for this problem I talked many times to your customer care but still no action has been taken to solve the problem. You people just charge any amount as a late fee or any other charge by your own even the customer paid their dues on time, luckily if he/she keeps the record of their transaction and calculate the difference and talked to your customer care about this then you waived of the amount and if the customer forget to keep account then he/she will pay the extra amount which you charged knowingly, I think this is why you do not send the physical statements because only .5 of the customer keep the account of their transaction which leads you to earn extra huge amount by making fool of the customers.
As I told you before that I am not a computer savvy person and don’t know how to operate the computer to check the mail or any thing. And I know as per your rules you will charged me the interest and the late fee. One thing more is that I talked to your customer care about the installment scheme and they told me about all the interest rate and they also said “we do not charge any amount as a file charge” just one thing which I have to do is just call on the customer care after purchasing the product, and after that I can pay the amount in installment, but when I purchased the product from my card and call to your customer care for installment then they replied me that it cannot be possible.
Kindly justify me that why I am not receiving the monthly physical statement regularly, why you charged interest or any other charge if the customer paid their dues on time (this cannot be the technical fault) and why your customer care people did not tell me before the purchasing that the installment cannot be possible. Is this fair that your customer buy something from his credit card just because of that he can pay easily as par his convenience to you? Kindly also justify me that why your customer care gave me the wrong information and who is responsible for the problem like Mantel Depression, harassment, agony which I am facing since your customer care told me that the installment is not possible after purchasing and the charges you charged me with out any thing.

I am going through the same trouble. Let them drag us to court we will see what
the court decides. I wonder how friendly is our consumer court to the consumers.
I have lost faith in our judicial system as well. The level of corruption now
runs in our blood..........Save India
