    Default misuse of my SBI credit card

    Dear Sir/madam,

    I am using the SBI credit card **********760990 from last 2 years. the
    bank has sent me a wrong statement dated Aug,2009 with Rs.39,673 (
    although I have not used my card nor I authorized anybody to use It. My
    actual spendings is about Rs.31066 only. Regarding this I had words with
    customer care & requested them to block my card immediately.
    They told me that your card has been misused, I was shocked to here this
    (How it can be possible...???? My card is in my custody & I am again
    saying that I have not used it). After that the bank has sent me a
    letter to highlight the disputed transactions which are I have sent the
    letter on their credit card division office in Noida by fax and e-mail,
    Since that day I written atleast7-8 mail but theres no positive any
    revert from their side.
    Request you to please help me & suggest me what I can be done as I am
    really harassed with service of Sbi credit card bank,

    We have now received the necessary clarification from the merchant for
    the same. A copy of the document is enclosed for your reference.

    Kindly confirm in writing whether this transaction is valid in all
    respects within 2 days of receipt of this letter in order to ensure
    timely rectifications on your account.

    Please fax the reply at 0124-3992476.

    In case of any further queries on your SBI Card Account, please do not
    hesitate to call our SBI Card Helpline at 39020202 or 18001801290 (only

    Default Money lost from my SBI Debit card

    I lost 7000/- from my account,i gave a complaint to the branch manager but there is no response from them.Finally i gave a complaint in SBI online website then they they gave some information reaurding to lost of amount i.e. the amount was use for reserving the tickets for traveling. Then again i went to bank with that proof to enquire about lost of amount,but they were not responded.Please help me or suggest me what i can do, to recover my money.

    2. Date 18.04.2010- CRAZYRICING -ET DELHI Rs. 39576/-
    3. Dated 19.04.2010 Bharti Airtel L - DELHI DEL Rs. 200/-
    4. Dated 23.04.2010 Bharti Airtel - DELHI DEL Rs 50/-
    Note Sl 4 Known by Custmare Service over tlephone when inquired about the unauthorised transaction.

    Default fradulant use of sbi credit card 4317 5750 1439 3681

    i recived sms on 21dec10 at 1502 that transaction of rs 5,499.00 made on sbi credit card 4317 5750 1439 3681 at dinning club on 21 dec 10 .where as i have not used my said cerdit card and card is in physical possesion with me, nither i have given this card to any body.
    i contacted immediately on recipet of sms regarding transaction your customer service deppt and they deactivated my credit card .i spoke on my land line no 0172 2749877 and iam based at chandigarh.

    please do the needful so that iam not penalised for fradulant use of credit card. even i dont know where this dinning club is located

    Angry charged from my credit card - AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTS

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    i got an sms on my SBI Credit Card registered number,
    mentioning,

    Transaction of Rs. 2,134.69 made on SBI Credit Card XX9659 at AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTS on 6 Dec11

    i request you to chargeback the unwanted amount deducted from my CC on a regular basis.
    earlier also the same thing had happend twice or thrice times. but i was unknown how to stop this thing & now this had become regular.
    please save me from this unwanted money extraction.
