My Name is Ved Prakash Sharma, Proprietor of M/s Ved Medicos, situated at 5/81 DDA Flats Madangir, New Delhi. I was using credit card merchant terminal of ICICI bank since last many years. and all these years all the transactions were very much clear and without any dispute what so ever without exceptions.
But one day some representative of the bank come to terminal premises and ask for the terminal machine and said ICICI bank has discontinue your terminal so you have to give the terminal machine back to me. i was shocked because there was no letter or any prior information about this step from the bank side to me. I am as a customer of the bank has the right if bank is going to change or stop providing his services to the customer and more over a part of my business is partly dependent on the terminal provided by the ICICI bank. By revoking the terminal without prior information caused me a big financial losses.
