Dear Sir,

In response to my plaint on this group I got a call from one Mr.Shyam
Nair., HDFC Bank from Tel.no.28569427.

He to the best of my knowledge and belief recorded my telephonic
conversation with him, without telling me that he is recording as to
whatever I am saying.

He was blunt enough to admit that what all Rama Chaudhry has done is
valid and acceptable norms adopted to recover monies due from "
defaulters ".

Although my son had made a settlement with HDFC Bank in 2004 with one
of these "agents" and paid cash of 950/-., cheque of 3,170/- and the
HDFC without his knowledge withdrew 3,000 from his savings account no
valid receipts were issued by the HDFC Bank and no letter of
settlement ever mailed or sent to my son.

After 16 months of sleeping over their own settlement the HDFC Bank
now wants 25,000 rupees from my son, but is being merciful enough to
accept only Rs.7,878/- from my son as final settlement.

Besides no letter of apology from Rama Chaudhry addressed to my aged
father will be forthcoming.

It is but natural that HDFC cannot overrule the prevailing the laws
of the country.

It is their own lapse. Their own illegal and immoral methods. Their
own Judgements meted out to harassed public in general. The Judge.The
Jury.The Executioner...all in one...

Will someone come forward to assist me...

Now all of us have to fight against this buggers buy beating the agents and
executive of the banks.

i am nanthakumar hdcf bank credit card holder. and they are not sending bill
statement by post to me after the the due date they are calling and tells
you have to pay card payment plus late payment..........

and hdfc bank executives scolding to me but i am studying mba so i don't c
oncentrate in my studies please help for me

I think this is the only way that these buggers will know what they are doing.

My name is santosh rao and holding platinum card and did my settlement and my last emi is supposed to collect from my residence and after somany of reminder no one turned down and even not lifting the phone too when i didnt had money to pay these collection people use to harrash my family in my obsence and when i have money to pay why no one is comming?
