I have been having a salary account with the ICICI Bank since 2006. I also have a ICICI Bank Credit Card. Which I surrender now due to disgused behaviour of ICICI bank.

Bank is showing some payment of credit card which I never make or use. The bank has placed lien on my salary/Saving account because I have not made payment towards these credit card. I have in written from the respective department that these card does not belongs to me. Now bank againg put lien on my account against the non payment of these credit cards.

Neither the ICICI Bank credit card department nor the ICICI Bank with whom I have a salary account have communicated to me in any way about the lien. I get all my bank related communication by email, my bank statement as well as credit card statement.

I have my personal loan with ICICI & HDFC bank whose EMI's is going from this account, which will be decline due to this lien on my account. It will harm my creditability factor in the market.

I am very much HARRASHED from bank's this behaviour. Earlier I put lots of efforts as well as conversation with the department and finally this matter resolved (6 month back). But now I am thinking that all those efforts and commucnication went in DUSTBIN. Bcus they again put lien on my account.


Please tell me how to proceed.
