This is Mandeep Gupta having a HDFC Credit Card No.- XXXX XXXX XXXX 6837. On 11 June 2011, I got a call from HDFC Bank from the
number 033-66214228.I was told that I am getting an accidental insurance policy of Rs 25 lac under a offer on my credit card.

I had to make all the premium payments proportionately on per month basis and I was told that if there were no claim against that policy
then the total amount paid would be returned to me automatically after the expiry of the policy term.

I paid all the EMI’s as per offer terms and there is no claim against the policy. Now when I called for my refund I was told by your customer
care that there is no such offer on my card and I have been supplied with some wrong information.

Sir/Madame these kind of practices are not good for your company, so I request you to please return my money soon enough.
