Dear Mr. Kumar,

To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you so that if the Bank fails to give you any solution, you can forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman.

I was using ICICI kingfisher credit card, Ac No. 4076 5120 7428 1010, named
Dhananjay Kumar, credit limit was Rs. 1 lac. I used to pay minimum due payable
amount every month ( at times irregularly), and thus I used the total limit, ie, Rs
1 lac. on 27th July,2009 I cleared all the due ( talking to customer care executive
of the bank), On that day I paid Rs 85,000.

The bank has siezed my savings account, I had Rs 82000 in that account. Even after

have n ot released my account. Debit cum ATM card no of my savings accolunt is 4026

In Mid september, I was told by the bank that Rs 455 is still pending in my card, I
paid that ammount, still my saving accountg is blocked witholut any reason.

Due to this inconvenience, My business suffered a lot, and I faced huge problem and
loss.

Please take proper measurement and get my account released.
