ICICI Credit card -Asked to pay bill of some other person Hi all,
I am getting unwanted calls and message from ICICI to pay bill of 37000 Rs. on credit card which is not mine. i never even had any sort of account with icici. Seems like somebody intentionally changed his/her number to my mobile number(which i got just 20 days ago) or something wrong with icici itself.
It would be great if you could help me.

Dear Mr. Rawal,
To sort out such kinds of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you so that if the Bank fails to give you any solution, you can forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman.
