HDFC CREDIT CARD NOT READY TO CONVERT MY DEBT IN EMI's and not ready to close my card

Hi,
My name is vikram and i hold HDFC Credit card. Now its over limit and i pay
Initial Interest of 1950/- every month. I m going through Financial crices
so i was not able to pay a due of this month. I started getting calls from
the Recovery lady who was very rude. I asked her if i can settle this amount
and i am ready to pay the complete due but in Emi's as i cant pay it at a
shot (AMT. Rs 41000/-) so she said that its not possible from their side i
have to speak with Customer care ..when i spoke with customer care they said
it should be approved by Debt management team and they will arrange a call
back...i never got call and then next day i got call from another lady and
she said that i have to pay the full amount or in 6 Installments that comes
arnd 7000/- pm ....i said its not possible from me as i can only pay max up
to 2000/- pm ...she said that there is no such option for me and i have to
either pay the entire amt or the interest and quitly keep paying it till i
cant pay the full amt or go for 6 EMIs (which comes as 7000/- pm) ....i told
her about my finincial condition and she siad that she dont care and started
shouting at me, abusing me and said if i wont arrange the amout then she has
to take serious action which can cause problem to my family too ...
Sir please help me ..... I m ready to pay the EMI of 2000/- for the full
amount till i wont clear it as ECS Payment also .... Even I m not happy with
this burden and want to clear it ...i can only pay 2000/- pm not more then
that and i want to close the card also ...
Please help me

Hi,

I am currently using HDFC Bnak Credit Card number 5243681000571524 for last three years and I have always paid my credit card bill on time. I also have my salary account with HDFC and I am also availing personal loan of 1,10,000 from HDFC bank only. My total outstanding for credit card is above 80,000 which is causing a bit financial problem for me. I contacted HDFC bank to convert my outstanding into EMI so that I can easily pay the complete outstanding without creating a burden on my pocket but they refused to convert my outstanding into EMI saying that I dont have that option on my card. I dont know when I am with HDFC bank for last 4 years why they didn't give that option on my card. I am really worried and I dont know how would I clear my outstanding. I have called the bank several times but has never got a positive response. Please suggest what can I do.

Hi,

i have titanium card but because of my personal reasons i couldnt pay the bill, now i want it to convert it to emi..it will be a great help if you coud help me in this.. I called customer care but as per the lady the service is not availeble. My grand mother is too sic that y i can't pay the bill. It would be a great help if you could find a solution against it..

Hi ,

I have Titanium Crdeit card using that took sony Experia Mobile for Rs 24,000 . Now I need to convert it into EMI,but customer care excutive are saying there is no offer to convert it into EMI.
Could someone please help me in this case.
