Dear Sir,
Kindly provide us the date wise details regarding your complaint, i.e. on which date you have lost your Credit Card and on which date you have lodged your complaint with the Bank? Secondly, also inform us whether you have any proof of lodged complaint with concerned Bank? No matter if its any complaint number or any communication ID.
Pls. let us know whether the fraudulent transactions happened before your lodging the complaint with the Bank or thereafter.
