its really sounds very harsh to talk to you guys like this. But i am forced to do so. On my card there is a offer which I was told at time of Applying for cards as well as after accepting the cards. that if I book my tickets from book my show I will get1 ticket free on booking 1 ticket Or 25 % off.Which I cannot see on my card, I booked ticket from Book my Show and neither the amount of 25% was deducted nor I got a complimentary tickets.

I called your helpline numbers its pathetic just waste of time. I had a word with Anisha you colleague she in-spite of solving my problem confused me. When I asked her to transfer my call to her senior. She placed my call on a long hold and then after that she told me no one is available. its really Painful availing such type of customer services.This was not all suddenly I got an sms on my mobile today that my SC card ending with 9457 was used to make purchase for Rs 1145. which was not done by me . So i blocked My card,


I am sorry to say that you people are just putting black spot on a renowned brand Standard Chattered Bank. Which is always known for its Customer service and their no hidden terms and conditions. But i have not gone through such services.I am using numerous cards and have attractive offers on them too. I could have made my transaction through those cards.Inspite of giving attractive offers you people are not giving atleast the existing offers Why so???. If it is such i am afraid i will be using this card for any transaction
