Dear Sir,
This mail is regarding the phone call received from Pune (020-41400000) by your
Officer Madhuri for my credit card (4346-7860-0053-8818) for paying due amount at
4.30pm.
Here i would like to bring to your kind notice that the language used by her was
untolerable as the following line were spoked by her to me
1. Aukat nahi thi to card kyu liya.
2. Bhikari the to shopping kyu kiya.
3. meri Haisiyat itni hai ki main tumhare jaise 5 ko kharid sakti hu.
4. Mujhe likh ke do ki tum issmain kabhi payment nahi karonge
5. tera credit card kissi bhi halat main settel nahi honga.
and many more.
Also this is not the 1st time i am receiving this kind of phone calls from you Officer.
I own the card and paid the minimum due always from time to time. Only delay that i
make is due to this kind of unacceptable phone calls. The bank had not purchased the
sentiments of a human beign by giving them Credit Card.
You are requested to give me the settelment amount of the card and the same would be
paid in 6 instalments of maximum Rs.5000/- each by me.
Please do the needful at the earliest and oblige.
