I am very upset for making you complaints because in every month since last 8 months ago i am receiving bills and calls from Deutsche Bank . I am holding a db card no 4412xxxxxxxx8006, that I had received a call from Deutsche Bank that they had decline/canceled my db card in the month of dec2008 and they asked me to made full payment of the card which was Rs.:1262/-in which you have charged extra charges of Rs.:12/- and after complaining about an excess charges to you customer care about the extra charges they told me to make payment of Rs.:1250/-because you had canceled my card which was never to be operated further so your customer care told me to make the final payment of Rs.: 1250/-which was made on time without receiving you bill and after making all the final payment on time for Rs:1250/- wide cheque no 0743576 Dt 28th jan 2009 for corporation bank Tilak Nagar New Delhi Branch . The DB presented the cheque in my bank on 12th feb 2009, which was cleared at that time, but till on 23-09-09 i am still getting your bills to make more payment with interest & late fee charges, you are requested to check this matter immediately & stop sending me these bills and making calls & sending executives at home to make the payment of bill with interest & late fee charges which I had already made on time. After making so many complaints to the head services of Deutsche Bank via phones & emails they are still sending bills every month with increasing bill amount which i had already paid after they had canceled my card without any reason . Pls check & confirm immediately, because i am getting very upset while receiving there bills and calls for the payment. Pls check my records of other cr. cards payments which i am already holding, i had never made a late payment of any of my cr. card.
