    Default ICICI Bank Settlement

    Dear Sir,

    I have been using ICICI credit card. Due to my financial Situation I became a defaulter. So I planned to Settle the card and I have dropped a mail to customer care and requested to offer a settlement for my icici credit card.

    I have clearly mentioned my CC number in my mail. Later I got a reply from Jagesh Pandey (Head, Customer Support) , in which he offered me a Settlement amout of Rs 6000 in his reply mail which should be paid in one go. I have replied him that I agree for it and asked him how to proceed further.

    He told me to contact a ICICI ambhatur , Chennai branch to proceed further.
    When I contacted them, they told me that the Settlement is not offered for the card which mentioned in my mail, instead for my other card for which I didnt requested a settlement.

    Please help me to sort out the issue.

    Few minutes back one named Suresh called me and said that he is from Kevin Team and told that the Rs 6000 which you have offered is not against this Credit Card no 4076515600424004. Right from the first mail to you , i have clearly mentioned my CC card for which i would like to go for settlement and for the same you have replied that my CC will be settled Rs 6000 in one go. But all of sudden, now they are telling that somebody have given you wrong information and the settlement is not against 4076515600424004 , its only for my another silver card 5176370218385007 for which i didn't asked for settlement. I told them that i'm having all emails in which it is clearly mentioned. Please help me resolve this issue asap.

    Currently i dont have any fund to pay the outstanding of the credit card.
    I can do one thing, I have taken icici prudential life time super from you, which has 90K fund value and 1 year premium is pending still.

    Is it possible to take that amount and close my Credit card or i request you to give final settlement offer, so that I can pay that
    and close the card.

    Your agency people are calling my office daily and exposing all these details to my office receptionalist , by which they break the code of coduct of bank. My company has policy that no outside or personal calls are allowed for any employees.

    I request you to offer final settlement for my credit card and also request your agency not to call my office any more.

    Expecting your favourable reply at the earliest.

    Dear Sir,

    To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you so that if the Bank fails to give you any solution, you can forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman.

    I came to know that the outstanding in my card is 80K. If possible can you send a estatment to my email id to have a look.

    Also I would like to tell, that i will be getting some fund from my office and with that i planned to close your settlement amount.

    Due to recent recession, my company is running under finance and we didnt received salary fully and that too very late.
    Hence my credit card payment was default and i also apologise for the same.

    Currently i dont have any fund to pay the outstanding of the credit card.
    I can do one thing, I have taken icici prudential life time super from you, which has 90K fund value and 1 year premium is pending still.

    Is it possible to take that amount and close my Credit card or i request you to give final settlement offer, so that I can pay that
    and close the card.

    Your agency people are calling my office daily and exposing all these details to my office receptionalist , by which they break the code of coduct of bank. My company has policy that no outside or personal calls are allowed for any employees.

    I request you to offer final settlement for my credit card and also request your agency not to call my office any more.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Good morning . I am sorry to say that ICICI Bank Ltd. has maked a faourd Bank. I am trouble from last one month . but I have not received any solution.

    I have been suffering a major medical treatment (Brain Hemarge) from last one & half year. I have no earning through my business. So, I am facing financial trouble.

    I had taken a car loan for my Alto car from ICICI Bank , which car loan no. is LADEL00008844396. I was paying my all EMI easly in last years. but I could not pay EMI from last one year. I was want to full & final settlement this case from last one year. but Bankers are not ready for it.

    After this, Bank given to my case to recovery agency. I had received many many calls from your recovery agency on March, 2010. So, I had paid a sum of Rs.5000/ (One EMI) to recovery execuitve , and told to him to collect four EMI in April, 2010 month.

    Again , I had received many many calls from you recovery agency for payment pickup. Then, I had paid a sum of Rs.10000/- (Two EMI) on 12th April, 2010 and a sum of Rs.10000/- (Two EMI) on 30th April, 2010 to your executive. On payment time, I told to your executive regarding Bank Receipt . which show about doubtful case. Then, I had called to your recovery officer to regarding this matter. He told to us that you have no problem , you can see silver logo of Bank. He told to me about my all detail , which lying only me or ICICI Bank. Then, I was given EMI to that person.

    After this, that recovery agency person told to us for full & final settlement on June, 2010. we were talking about this matter on june, 2010. on 15th day of 2010 , in my absence some bank persons taken my car and giving a Receiving order dated Jan, 2009 to my father.

    After this, I had gone to ICICI Bank , SD tower Rohini Branch, Delhi to discuss about this matter. and taken some printout like account statement and duses. I have faced a attack after saw that two entry (each Rs.10000/-) not credited by Bank, which receiving by recovery agency on April, 2010. When, I discussed with bank persons , they told to us that these receipt are false.

    I had already loged a complain to costumer care on 1st July, 2010 vide complain no. 145125987. but at till date I have not recd any response from your side. After , I had called to costumaer care , then I know that copy of receipt demanded by you.

    Now, I am sending attached herewith three cash payment receipts . and I want to resolve my following problem on urgent basis.

    1. Credit my two payment (each Rs.10000/-).
    2. I can pay only principal amount against above my car loan. So, please issue a fresh settlement letter and release my car .

    Default Regarding the ICICi Personal Loan-settlement letter

    Hi,
    I have taken a personal loan 4 yrs ago, i was paying EMI continuously.suddenly i resigned my job due to my health conditions. I did not get a job.so i was unable to pay my personal loan.Suddenly one day i got a call from Mr Krishna from ambattur branch to pay the amount. i said i am not in job, i cant pay the full amount.he said he will waiver the interest amount and he asked me to pay the rest of the amount. I paid one jan 2009 and another feb 2009. he forgot to send the settlement letter.now they are coming and asking me to pay the amount.

    This is very ridiculuos. I am also an ex-employee of ICICI.
    Please send me the settlement letter immediately.

    My credit card payment transaction from November 2011 to January 2011 was released through cheque no 320716 dated 12-02-2011 for Rs. 27252.30 drawn on TAMILNADU MERCANTILE BANK -GT BRANCH . The cheque was sent through the drop box fixed in the More street branch as usual on 1-02-2011 . But I was surprised to receive statement January 2011 to February 2011 asking an amount of Rs. 32260/54 [ Rs.27252.54 +1958.24 interest late payment fees and other charges + current purchases of Rs.3050/-] I am surprised to receive such huge amount in my name although payment released and it is not my fault. It is my moral duty to release the payment of ICICI bank in time and which I am doing since long being a old customer. However I inquired at my bank TMB about the status of this cheque but do not fount the debit entry in the statement. It seems the cheque may be misplaced from your delivery point or at drop box -facts know to God. However, my self issued a stop payment letter to the bank and arrange to send A CHEQUE FOR RS 27252.30 AND CURRENT PURCHASES AMOUNT RS.3050/- with a covering letter to your ambattur office after searching the address in web mail . Kindly consider my case and reverse all such unwanted enteries like interest and late payment fees and service charges etc. I am innocent about such delay of payment and customer's honesty should be given priority in such matter. I am very old customer and never delayed any payment and nothing pending in my name which can be verified by history sheet.     Default personal loan NOC pending - PLCHE00009156440

    Hi,
    I have taken a loan 4 years back. I have paid around 20 EMIs and after that due to loss of job couldn't pay the EMI but have paid some amount like 5000, 10000 in between. Recently bank official called me and offered a settlement for the loan LPCHE00009156440 and am told that they would close the laon. The amount was 35000 and I have paid on January 31st.
    When I asked for NOC for that loan, they say that I have to pay another 24000 balance amount.

    Kindly get me NOC for the above mentioned loan account in quick time.

    Hi Sir,

    My credit card number is 5176 5372 0108 4025.I given several complaints at all icici BANK levels but no positive reply,every one is telling they can't do any thing.Please take this complaint.

    Due to my mother hospitalization i am not able to pay the money on time.
    I asked for EMI option bank told it's not available. After 2 months ANE OF ICICI executive came and asked me to pay the money of 4000, i paid the amount.He told pay the remaining outstanding in 4 installments. I agreed.I called for next installment his mobile is switched off.He told he is a collection manager from ICICI.

    Now your executive called and asked me whether you want to go for settlement.I agreed.They told 35000 in 2 installments.For that also i agreed.I tried for loan to pay the amount.Banks rejected me knowing this credit card payment.

    Sir i taken a loan from ICICI bank 4 years back i am paying the EMI without any delay the loan account number was LPCHE 00012651759.

    Now when i called your customer care they are telling total outstanding and settlement amount equal due to techinical error they can't do any thing from their side.Please visit the ambatoor branch.

    I used an amount of 30000 in the card. I paid the amount of 4000 already.

    Now you are telling total outstanding is 60,800.88.

    Sir how the interest rates are calculated it is almost 120% higher in just 8 months.

    It is not good.Please correct the same and give the option to your customer to survive.

    And your executives are giving the warnings like i can't take any loan from any bank if i go for settlement.

    Sir Please think about a boy whose mother hospitalized and spend an amount of 7.5 Lakhs in various hospitals.I didn't have any financial support from any part of the world(relatives,friends,properties). I am the person who is taking care about my family as my father is not there.
