To sort out your HSBC Complaint kindly send a written complaint to the Head office of the Co. Bank, at following address. Wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can also forward your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division
