I lost my credit card and it was misused for 13,837.62 INR at 11 Oct 2011 but noticed at November and blocked my card.The banker asked me to submit FIR copy. But there is no proper response from the police station. So i submitted the dispute form alone. I called to customer care to know about the status but their usual answers are respective team will call you, It is under investigation process and it will take 40 to 60 days. Finally there was no proper response. I thought the investigation process was going on and i waited for the response. But on 2 July 2012 without any intimation they debited 20400.76 INR from my salary account. How they can debit amount from my salary account without proper response about the investigation. Please advise what I should do now.
