I am holding 2 credit cards of HSBC Bank bearing Nos.4476921204363117 & 4476929992571536. HSBC Bank have been continuously debiting to my both cards numbers of TATA AIG Insurance Premium + Interest thereon without my written or verbal commitment (Voice recording System) during the year 2008-09 to till last month. In this context I had contacted many times to their customer care Deptt. & told them that these debits are wrong as I had not taken any Policy from TATA AIG & also never committed to you for the said debits. HSBC Bank have never provided me any complaint number on my several requests. After seeking no alternate, I had written several Mails/Speed Post letters to HSBC Bank & their Nodal Officer. After that, I am daily receiving 30-40 threatening calls from the Banks’ Executive & their Private Collection agents to make all the payments (From Mischievous numbers).
On 12th of July, 2009, around 60 days ago, I had lodged Complaint with Banking Ombudsman at New Delhi vide Complaint No. 200910014000049. On 5th August,09 Banking Ombudsman written to HSBC Bank's Nodal Officer and told them that Complaint is self-explanatory also given a time of 15 days to submit reply. Since now, 40 days have been passed, HSBC Bank has no fear of Banking Ombudsman and not able to submit reply as all debits are factious, without my consent.

Now, about 10 days ago, HSBC Bank has send me a mail in which they had mentioned that TATA AIG have 2 courier numbers related to year 2007, which were sent to my Address.

Sir, they are diverting the attention of all by given 2 courier numbers references related to General Insurance Policy for 2007 i.e. also with TATA AIG as per the Bank. But I am talking about the huge policies premium debits to my both cards related to year 2008-09 to till date. They are silent on the main subject and tortured me to make all the payments which includes numbers of policies premium imposed to me during the year 2008-09 to till date. Bank has no fear from any one and torturing me mentally since long. I hope you will do the justicekind regards,
